What can I do to fully clean a used car I just bought?

I just bought a used car from a dealer and the interior is relatively clean (there’s no garbage inside) but there is still a lot of dirt and grime inside, the majority being in the crevices and ingrained in the car instruments, and I really don’t want to go through the process of cleaning it myself because there is a lot of grime and sticky dirt inside…I feel like I should have it professionally done because I can always maintain it clean afterwards. Do I take it to a detail shop or auto shop or something for that kind of thorough cleaning? Would it be expensive or even worth it? I live in NJ so if maybe someone could help me out with what to do I’d greatly appreciate it.
